Additionally, the community’s policy on prohibiting marijuana use, even for medicinal purposes, underscores their commitment to maintaining a serene and family-friendly atmosphere. Despite the high standards, the pricing remains very reasonable, providing excellent value for money. My experience, including an easy early contract termination process, was seamless from start to finish. Garret West Apartments truly stands out among the rest. Garrett west offers great amenities, and the staff is great, specifically Dejaye, he made our move super easy and smooth, he was professional and helpful throughout the process. The apartment is beautiful and Dejaye made sure to have the apartment move in ready. There were minor things that needed replacement, but Dejaye was on top of it. We love the community, and the neighbors are friendly. WE are happy to be at Garrett West.
