I’ve lived here for over 5 years and I must say since the new manager Stacy arrived there has been an amazing and refreshing change. The little things always count, for example there has been an air freshener mounted in each elevator and decorations have been put up to give it a fresh new look. Also, we’ve had multiple occurrences with our garage lift gate being broken for a week at a time and it would just lay there. After the new management came in, the lift gate was broken and the very next day it was fixed. Management has also sent out letters, ensuring that we will continue to be a smoke-free environment and we all must abide by the rule. Finally on a lasting note, when I moved to Florida in 2009, Stacy was the first person I dealt with at the apartment complex in West Palm Beach. She kept that apartment complex in order and I was ecstatic to see her when I got off the elevator here ant Berkshire and I said OMG you’re here, I knew that everything will be just fine. So for those who are looking for a beautiful complex and community with fantastic residences, I encourage you to come move here. Stop in and say hello to Stacy you’ll be greeted with the smile every time!
