I've been living here since 2018 & don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The leasing office are always courteous and eager to help me whether it's account related, printing needs, or just friendly conversation. Maintenance has always assisted with my needs within reasonable times. The retail area and the resort style pool have to be my favorite parts of the community. I love having close access to restaurants and convenience locations. The pool is always enjoyable and a staple for me, daily, during the summer months. Lifeguards always on duty. I am looking forward to gym upgrades because the equipment has become outdated overtime but that is to be expected. Overall I am happy with my experience at Stoney. They are real people who listen and want to keep their residents happy.

From the time I started looking into moving to The Villages at Stoney Run, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Initially, I worked with Madalynne, who was incredibly kind and helpful. After I moved in, I had a few minor issues that weren’t addressed before move-in, but after submitting a quick maintenance request, the team responded promptly. Seth and Dom were both great and made sure everything was taken care of. Once I settled in, I got to meet the rest of the team, including Colin and Brooke, who were also kind and welcoming. The entire rental office team is beyond wonderful—they’re always helpful and make me feel at home. It’s been a pleasure living in this community!
