It will be 2-years next month that a transition in my life brought me to living at the Executive House in Dayton and I've been fortunate to live here. I love my space that I've made my own to call home. Love the feeling of closing my door, after a long day at work, & relax in the comfort of my peaceful place. As well as the easy access to downtown & the water views is an added bonus to get out there on those nice days after work & exercise by walking to & around Riverscape. I feel very secure with the building security features. I appreciate how Kristie and her team stay on top of any indoor/outdoor building maintenance & continue to incorporate upgrades and cosmetic changes to the property. Overall I have had nothing but a positive experience living here over the past 2-years. Specifically, whenever I've needed anything or had certain administrative or maintenance requests, Kristie and her team respond right away in a professional & timely manner. In addition, I appreciate Kristie & her team's commitment to their level of communication. You can guarantee if something is going on or a certain messages need to get out, Kristie will send emails, mass text messages to everyone and/or place notices on all tenant doors to ensure we have a heads up about changes, routine preventative pest control or required maintenance. Executive House is diverse, great location, and a safe living environment with a supportive leasing office and maintenance team.

Quality apartment living... This is a very nice building.... The lobby is always very clean and nice with seasonal decorations... All common areas are kept clean and tidy.... The whole building is quiet and respectful..... The only issue I have had here is the dryers that are provided could be better although it is very convenient that laundry facilities are provided on three different floors.... Over all I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment close to downtown
