Had to leave due to new ownership not renewing leases, but they handled my departure very well. Lived here for two years and loved it. Beautiful space, good office staff, responsive maintenance team. About the best you can get for the money.

I am recently moving back to St. Louis from the West Coast and have made it a point to look at as many lofts as I can. I’m excited about what is happening downtown. I visited the Vangard it has been my favorite for several reasons. The property manager was very responsive & friendly. The walk up was clean and inviting and the apartment was down right cute as can be. The manager there was very accommodating and generous in showing me apartments that would get the best light and that showed me that my needs mattered and would be taken seriously. This is also one of the better priced lofts for the money. I’m very surprised that many buildings are referring to themselves as upscale. Upscale to me is not only amenities but the quality of service received. I’d give Vangard and A+ for sure. It’s still my first choice so far.
