The bedroom is located at the opposite end of the suite from the living room for maximum privacy. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a dresser for clothing storage, nightstands, and a closet. The bathroom vanity, shower, and restroom are all in their own space so that each can be used separately without intrusion. This apartment rents for $1,550.00 per month with a base security deposit of $2,325.00. The laundry area is located between Suite A & Suite B in a shared space. There is a single private reserved parking space in back. ONE (1) qualified pet will be allowed with an additional security deposit and pet rent. NO SMOKING!
