Each room is individually heated and comes with all utilities and amenities included! The first floor has 4 larger bedrooms that also have access to all utilities and amenities. Furthermore, to save space and resources, the building has ample space in the basement for storage and recreation. No need to worry about laundry, the basement also has a washer and drier included! The building also has space in the front yard to enjoy fresh air and more space in the private backyard. At the back of the property, there is ample off-street private parking space for all the tenants. — **Manitowoc Property Management does NOT charge any fee whatsoever for applications, showings, or any other reason up until you sign the lease.
