Move in day was ok. But the things that needed fixed never got fixed, like the refrigerator and dish washer. The property manager also picked and chose who she enforced rules with, let alone doesn't obey the lease rules herself. Gave us a non renewal of lease with no reason and when we moved out gave us 4 different stories. We have yet to get our deposit back when we made sure the apartment was cleaner then we moved in.

On move in day we noticed a rip in the carpet and brought it up to the manager. She asked if we wanted new carpeting but already in the process of moving we said no. Three years later and we moved out and she is now charging us for new carpet and many other bogus fees. in short management is terrible and will cause way more trouble then it is worth.
