Not a person to post many reviews, but when I was looking for my future home I relied heavily on reviews. I have lived in Citizens for about four months now and cannot be happier. Sorinel and Elizabeth are amazing!! Always readily available for any questions or concerns. As far as with most places, there were minor issues when I moved in, but Elizabeth was on top of getting everything resolved. The outdoor patio areas are so lovely! If you’re looking for a new home defintely consider Citizens. My first apartment and I could not be happier

I highly recommend CLF! The staff here really go above and beyond (shout out to Sorinel & Elizabeth)! The apartments are pretty spacious and modern, the amenities are kept clean, packages are safely stored in a locked room with easy access, all the tenants seem friendly, and I don’t have a pet but it’s very pet friendly here in a good way. The cost of living is high right now and so is rent but that’s everywhere. CLF does their best to offer deals where they can and it’s a nice and safe neighborhood with easy access to major highways and they also have building security measures in place. I haven’t had any issues outside of normal apartment living that weren’t taken care of promptly. All-in-all a great apartment complex to live in!
