Awesome team with great products (rental homes). Whether renting for a short time or you intend to be there a good while you will be very comfortable here. We picked the Ridge with basement and the storage area is expansive. Rooms are nicely appointed, and the management team is very accommodating. Once we made the decision on the model the team hustled and got the house (new build) completed 1week ahead of schedule. We have been checking the place out thoroughly and found only minor issues to report. It speaks to the quality of the builders work. You won’t go wrong if you rent from Acclaim!

I've seen this place from a farm field into a space for rental homes. I have no complaints, but I do question the exterior design. In my opinion most of the rental homes that have popped up have one color paneling with the colors of dark blue, dark brown, or black. But hey, I'm no designer and I don't want to give it a bad rating because of my opinion that I should have probably kept to myself. Anyways I'll be slowly watching as all the intersection turn into roundabouts as the city grows. (No complaints, just wanted to say something)
