I stayed here for 3 years. It's really a pretty spot, although the apartment itself is no frills. The trains can make some noise at night... they stop on the other side of the creek to switch tracks or something like that. I didn't mind that as much as when they stop right on Bonita in the middle of rush hour. They raised the rent way too high while I was there and I had to move, but it wouldn't suprise me if the owners came to their senses and lowered it again. If they did, and you're looking for a relatively quiet, green, no-frills location, this is it.
