The island kitchen is finished with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a range and oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bathrooms feature granite countertops and glass tile accents. Central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, cable-ready connections and window coverings are standard throughout. THE BUILDING 17 Hundred is a 2012-built, three-story community of just 18 apartments at 1700 N Rosewood Ave. Small enough that you are a neighbor, not a unit number. Controlled access with keyless entry, a monitored security system, sprinklers throughout and 24-hour access.
