We are so happy with our new home!! We moved in almost 2 weeks ago and were experiencing unpleasant cigarette smoke smells in our bathroom and cat hair (I’m allergic). Erica made sure she went above and beyond to fix these issues, let us borrow her carpet cleaner and offered to have professionals come in and do it for us. The maintenance man (forgive me I can’t remember his name) is so nice, and fixed our bathroom issue while we were away at work just like they promised! Erica was also very understanding and serious about my concerns with 2nd/3rd hand smoke being we have a toddler and I’m pregnant! So far I’m very impressed with management and maintenance at this property. We are hoping to spend many years here! :)

We have the best new Manager, Erica this complex has ever had. She is all about the complex and helping the tenants. We really needed a manager like her for a long time. Been here since 2020 and she is the greatest.
