What price for one room?

I went and visited with my fiance while searching for an apartment. We found that the 2 bedroom apartment was too small for our needs overall. There wasn't nearly enough cabinet space in the kitchen and the washer and dryer connections were right by the front door. The carpet didn't look clean enough and the living room was super tiny. We were able to do a self guided tour and when we needed help, we found a maintenance guy who was super nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable especially if you need something quick or are in a situation where you don't want to live in a dangerous area. It would even be decent for a starter apartment for a single person or a single parent with a child. However, this apartment complex just didn't fit our needs.
