This is a peaceful, quiet, residential neighborhood. This listing includes homes on the same property; while there are no shared interior spaces, normal residential sounds may occasionally be heard. No pets are allowed. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping community inside the units; any violations are subject to a cleaning and smoke remediation charge of $500 minimum fee or possible cancellation of your reservation without refund.
