Lease & Monthly Charges Base Rent: $1,100 per month Water, Sewer & Trash: $50 per month Landlord Liability Waiver Fee: $10.50 per month (waived with proof of qualifying renter’s insurance) Total Monthly Payment Required (MTPR): $1,160.50 per month Optional Charges Pet Rent: $35 per month per approved pet One-Time Pet Fee: $250 per approved pet Tenant Responsibilities Tenant is responsible for electricity and any optional services such as cable or internet.
