There is plenty of closet space, a chic, artistic environment with plants and personal touches, front and back entrances, and access to a fenced backyard and private porch. High-speed Wi-Fi and full kitchen appliances are included. A water filter pitcher and/or faucet is provided. This apartment is in a great location near Albany Medical Center, MVP Arena, Empire State Plaza, Library, Lark Street, State Offices, and courts, with easy access to local and regional bus routes and highways (I-787, I-90 and I-87). Guests must be respectful of all other guests and tenants in the building and surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises, and parties are not allowed on or off the premises. Violation of maximum occupancy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund and an additional $50 fee per unregistered guest. A 24/7 noise monitoring device is present in the apartment for the quiet enjoyment of all guests in the building. By staying here, you agree to a minimum $200 fine for noise violation and deep cleaning and will be asked to leave with no refund. Guests will have the entire first floor plus the back patio.
