This unit also features a fully remodeled bathroom as well as in-unit laundry. Tenants will also have access to a 1 car garage to park in. The property has central air and gas heat. All utilities are separately metered and are the tenant’s responsibility. Pets may be considered for a monthly fee of $50 and a pet deposit. Weight, breed, and quantity restrictions apply.
