The kitchen includes long counters along with a door leading to the backyard and access to the basement stairs. The upper level of the unit includes a bathroom with a full-sized shower. The bedrooms upstairs are large and include plenty of windows to let in light. The units include spacious closets in each bedroom to fit plenty of clothes. The basement includes a second bedroom that includes a door to a full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for the tenant's convenience. Heat is allocated for $95.00. All other utilities, lawn care and snow removal are separately metered and are the tenant’s responsibility. Pets may be considered for a monthly fee of $50 and a pet deposit. Weight, breed, and quantity restrictions apply. To schedule a showing or for more information, please call 715-514-5440 for a pre-screening.
