If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood you will feel right "at home" in this house. Driving is recommended, and there is ample room for parking in the driveway and the garage. Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home.
