This lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a large bonus room over a spacious 2 car garage. Covered Deck and fenced back yard. Easy access to post and I24. Close to many entertainment venues and great eateries! A must see! Garbage included. Property is currently occupied until Aug 12th. Please call our office to schedule a showing. Propane tank rental is responsibility of tenant for fireplace. We welcome pets per our pet policy with the following exceptions (no puppies or kittens). Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $300 first pet $200 second pet non-refundable fee. $30 monthly pet rent per pet. My Place Realty and the property owner have the final say on pets. Owner approval needed for all pets! *FYI - All Walls/trim are not normally freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are too be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures.
