A nice, country location for someone who appreciates a quiet life. 2 miles from the main route to town, only 15 min's from Augusta. Close to the hospital. This rental just became mine through a property purchase, and it could use some fresh paint still.. if you're up for getting your DIY juices flowing, perhaps you can help me choose color's!
