The apartment is set up for self-check-in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and/or text message in the days before your arrival. This is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel, and there are other apartments in the building or around with permanent residents, so please be mindful and respectful of their space. Pets are welcome with a fee, but only dogs are accepted, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. An automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if not honored. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically.
