You will love it here. The building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, an affordable garage a 5-minute walk away and an even more inexpensive lot an 8 minute walk away. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar for free a few blocks away. The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist brewery or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks. Uber, Lime and Bird are ubiquitous and you can get almost anywhere you want on them.
