This historic condo has been renovated top to bottom with modern conveniences while keeping the historic elements intact, including large, arched windows and exposed brick accents. The huge open living and kitchen area makes for great socializing with your friends. Enjoy the working gas fireplace and awesome kitchen. The free parking advertised is one monthly garage parking pass for a brand new, well-lit garage about 3-5 minutes' walk away. The free parking is available only for stays of 21 days or longer. The building does not have private parking, but there is a garage at Washington Park and an inexpensive pay lot a 5-minute walk away. Our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is home to Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries within walking distance. We're walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you're here for the baseball game, Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk or hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away. We're also one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. No open flames of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to candles. The only exception is the gas range appliance that may be included with the listing. The elevator has an emergency assistance button. Pressing this button in an unnecessary or irresponsible way, or because of user error or confusion related to the operation of the elevator, will result in a $2,000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Violating our rules may result in reservation termination. At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees. Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund. We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, then you will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
