The tiny home is heated with space heaters, not central heating. Check-in and check-out are automated for maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are prohibited, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.
