This historic home offers a modern kitchen, beautiful dining room, relaxing living area, comfy beds, and a pool shared with the cottage house. Feel at home in this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a great backyard and plenty of parking. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. The home has two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, in-home laundry, and an above-ground pool (shared with the cottage house). A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. The main house and cottage house guests share the pool and the yard. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, and access to the yard/pool area will be needed on service day. Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees, you are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hospital and downtown Columbus, and a stone's throw away from everything else you might need including grocery stores and restaurants. Driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home, and you will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
