Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator on-site, this condo is a perfect couples and family getaway. This condo offers a full kitchen with direct views of the water and an in-unit washer/dryer. Relax in the living area with two TVs and an Amazon Fire Stick. The private balcony provides seating for four, and the waterview pool and hot tub are available from sunrise to sunset. Complimentary coffee is provided for your enjoyment. Free shaded parking is available, and pets are welcome with a $100 fee per stay. Up to two dogs are allowed, and guests must add pets to their reservation in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty, and guests must pick up after their pets. Additional supplies may be available, but nearby stores are accessible for purchasing more if needed.
