Over the Rhine is a lively neighborhood filled with Cincinnati's best bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks, all within walking distance. The Great American Ballpark is just over a mile away, and the free streetcar service nearby offers convenient transportation to various attractions. Sip your coffee on the roof deck in the morning, walk to the stadiums and the best bakeries, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Cincinnati, or hop on the Streetcar to catch a Reds game. You will love it here. The building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, an affordable garage a 5-minute walk away and an even more inexpensive lot an 8 minute walk away. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar for free a few blocks away. The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist brewery or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks. Uber, Lime and Bird are ubiquitous and you can get almost anywhere you want on them. Our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is home to Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance.
