Situated in the heart of Over-the-Rhine and the bustling Brewery District along Elm Street, the apartment is less than 100 ft from the local streetcar. Just hop on and explore everything Cincinnati has to offer right at your fingertips! Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may lead to prosecution under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am.
