Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, dishwasher, business center, fitness center, rooftop terrace and lounge with gas fireplace and BBQs, elevator, bike storage, dry cleaning services, concierge services, and 24-hour doorman. Walgreens Pharmacy (Duane Reade) is on the ground floor and Starbucks Coffee is on the same block at 99 Wall St. The apartment is one block from the ferry port. Internet speeds are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on your computer model and the router location. Parking is not provided but may be available via the attached public indoor garage. Guests must coordinate independently. Other garage parking is also available nearby. Early check-in from 9am-3pm will incur a fee of $75. Early check-in before 9am will incur a fee of one full night's rent (based on selected dates). Late check-in after 8pm will incur a fee of $50. Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75.
