Toured some units at the complex today with Tati from the leasing office. All I can say is: give that lady a raise! She was extremely helpful, joyful, and professional. We encountered a few residents during our tour, and Tati knew each one of those residents by name. This is a testament, to us, of the level of customer service that is standard here at Domain. The corridors of the complex were clean & smelled amazing as were the interiors of the units we toured. Very spacious and modern. Amenities are solid. We are excited to see what the Domain has in store for us as future tenants here. And I repeat, give her a raise! Outstanding job. Very good impression left on my wife and I.

As a resident of only 2 months, I can say that I absolutely love living here. I read the reviews from people who live here prior to moving in. A couple of things to keep in mind: ~ Packages are stolen in every apartment complex. I had all my xmas gifts stolen last year in my downtown apartment that had gated community and I paid nearly $4K a month to live there. So this happens everywhere. Difference is, here the staff is willing to help you with telling you how to handle the issue. My old place basically posted a notice to not bother them to go to the post office to deal with it. ~Hallways do not smell like urine. There is new flooring and fresh paint on the walls. I also noticed new overhead lights in the hallways. (old photos show different ones that are really yellow). ~Anytime I have had to go to the office, it was open with someone there. They may not be able to fix the issue right at that moment but I have had all my issues dealt with. The old place it was always locked with a sign saying they were out touring. Since it is the office staffs job to collect rent and deal with issues that come up, it amazes me that people expect them to do more. Read the job descriptions on Linkedin. They do more than they are paid for and they always have a friendly face and are willing help no matter what problem arises. I also moved in and LOVE my neighbors! I came home from work one day to homemade goodie in tupperware container with a card from my neighbor welcoming me to the community. Everyone on the elevator are happy and friendly. Pets are the cutest and the owners that I have observed always clean up after their fur babies. Maintenance worked on our requests for a few things to be fixed and called to make sure the repairs were done and up to our approval of being completed. You do not know what a difference that is from we got from the Greystar complex we just moved out of!!! They work hard and I feel are under appreciated. If you want a great place to live, I say call Domain San Diego your new home. The amenities are not closed. The club house is available to rent out and has private parties for the residents. So not sure what that review was all about! We love the gym!! Its huge, has great equipment and is an indoor/outdoor walls for it so you can never be shut down like when COVID happened. We are very happy residents!
