When you walk in the apartment door there is a large closet for coats or can be used as your bedroom closet since the bedroom does not have a closet in it. Good size bedroom right next to the closet. This apartment has quite a lot of living space with having a living room and dining room right next to each other. For a one bedroom apartment the kitchen is large with quite a lot of cabinet space. The bathroom is a little tight with some room behind the door for toiletries and linens. In wall AC unit in living area. Electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage are furnished. Tenant is responsible for internet and cable. 3rd street does not allow for over night parking, so the parking situation here is a little less than desirable.
