It's super comfy and clean and according to our guests, the pictures don't do the place justice. It's very homey, comfortable and spotless and the feel of the place is very inviting and cozy. Whether moving to the city, visiting family and friends or taking a work-cation, it's a great home away from home. It's a second-floor, one bedroom apartment. Being a second floor, you get to walk up stairs to the apartment. It's the price we pay to not stay in a basement! The bedroom has a queen bed. It has a fully stocked kitchen that opens into the sunroom, breakfast bar, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. The Den has a TV with cable and wifi, a desk for work and a washing machine for your dirty clothes! Newly installed ductless AC means you will always be in cool comfort during those hot summer days. GUEST ACCESS This self-contained apartment has everything you'll need for your stay in Toronto. And with 24-hour check in, there's no need to worry about your arrival time. A pre-arranged keycode to unlock the door allows you to arrive whenever you want. Or whenever your delayed flight gets you here :) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Once you've booked I will send you an extensive House Manual that covers most of the questions you have and many you hadn't thought of yet. |

To quarantine, for a month or a semester, it's a great home away from home. It's a second-floor, one bedroom apartment. Being a second floor, you get to walk up stairs to the apartment. It's the price we pay to not stay in a basement! The bedroom has a queen bed, but we can offer a blow up mattress for up to 2 additional people. It has a full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and great den (which we call the sun room because of the seven windows!). The Den has a TV with cable and wifi (for Netflix, etc), a desk for work and a washing machine for your dirty clothes!
