Hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and vinyl plank throughout the rest of the house. Tons of closets, kitchen cabinets, and storage space. Laundry hookups provided both on the main floor and in the basement. Large, dry basement - 1/2 of which is carpeted. Additional standup freezer in the basement for the tenant's use. Includes central AC and a full-house generator! Attached 1-car garage with an automatic opener, and plenty of additional space to park in the driveway. Large shed in the backyard. We typically do not allow pets, but could make an exception for a very well-mannered pet. Pet rent would be $35/month. Smoking is not allowed. Utilities are not included. Tenant will be responsible for lawn care, snow removal, and garden bed maintenance. We are looking for someone to make this place their home, and take care of it as such :) We require credit above 650 and no evictions.
