Quiet neighborhood within walking distance from Intermountain Alta View Hospital, Glacier Hill Elementary, Eastmont Middle School, Smiths etc. Maximum occupancy: 4 No smoking of any kind allowed. No illegal substance use of any kind allowed. No pets allowed due to health concerns of upstairs occupant.
