I plan to convert my single family house to a group house. I am an IT professional, Hijabi, above 50. I became empty nester and now have empty rooms. All rooms are furnished. Car not required public transportation available. There are lots of eating facilities around. Uber eats take home etc. Flower child, Star bucks, Balducci lots of good eatery in walking distance (10 minute of walk). Car is not required. These rooms are also available through Air bandb. But now I am traveling a lot. Therefore looking to fill with long term rental.
