No discharged bankruptcies within the past 24 months. If there is a discharged bk, there must be a min of 3 re-established lines of credit reflecting a perfect pay history for 18 months. Current address on application must match credit report address. We need at least three years of favorable rental history. Rental verification must come from the property owner or property management company. Relatives and friends cannot be considered landlord references. No evictions within the past 7 years. A criminal background and sex offender check will be run for each applicant.
