The Towers 603 - The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a couch that converts to a bed, and is on the 6th floor; its living area is 1066 sq. ft. A garage is on the first floor, and an elevator services the building, so that, once in the garage, one not need leave the building to get to the unit. The unit has a gas fireplace and a balcony with an unobstructed view to the east of Lake Dillon and two 14,000’ mountains (sunsets, sunrises and rainbows are truly magnificent). There are 3 flat-screen TVs; one is large and smart. The unit has a washer and a dryer. A hot-tub and gas grill are available, and there are 3 furnished lobbies on the first floor. The building is secured 24 hours a day. Rent includes water, sewage, heat, cable TV and WiFi, but not electricity (which averages about $20/mo if you use the place on weekends only). In 2013 the kitchen was remodeled with granite countertops, marble backspashes and under-cabinet lighting; it was also supplied with new Oneida flatware; stoneware plates, bowls and cups; assorted pots and pans; and glassware. Major kitchen appliances were replaced a few years ago, and the kitchen is equipped a food processor, 2 blenders and a mixer (as well as a coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and other standard items), all nearly new. The owners both like to cook and live here for half the year, so the kitchen is well-equipped, and there will be many non-perishable food stuffs around. Carpeting was replaced in 2015. The dining room has antique-quality Danish-modern furniture. The living room is decorated in a Southwestern style with hand-made Pueblo Indian pottery and weavings and rugs from Oaxaca and Chimayo, NM, and photos of the SW mountains, wildflowers, and wildlife. Furniture is provided so that the guest bedroom can be used as an office. A leg of the Frisco Rec Path passes by the building, and joins the main Path around Dillon Lake in a couple hundred feet. The building is less than a 10 minute walk from 3 grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway and Natural Grocers), a Walmart, 2 liquors stores, the Frisco bus terminal (where all free bus routes start/end, and Greyhound buses and the CME stop), 3 good Mexican restaurants, a good Chinese restaurant, and other shopping and fast-food joints.
