We are looking for the right, long term tenant, to sign a year lease and make this place home. This gorgeous first-floor apartment located in Dayton's bluff has over 1100 sq. Ft. of fantastic living space. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hardwood floors in both bedrooms and living room, spacious rooms (sunroom in the master bedroom), large deck off the back of the house, and tiled kitchen with a newer stove! I have recently landscaped back and front yard with a back yard spot for a small garden. Storage room and shared laundry in the basement are included in the rent. The street got paved on June 26th, and there is off-street parking in the back. One garage spot also available (at an extra monthly cost). $1685/month includes water, sewer, trash, laundry, storage, snow removal, & lawn care. Tenant pays for just gas and electric!! Section 8 and other subsidies are welcome.
