We are looking for a 20-24 month lease to start. The main level of the home features an open kitchen and living room area. The living room has a fireplace, and walk out to the deck. Formal dining, mudroom, full bath, and office are also located on this floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms including primary with double walk in closets. Second and third bedroom share an full bath. The laundry room, another office, and large sitting area are also located on the second floor. The ground level is a spacious, has a storage room, 4th bedroom (which could also be an office), and full bath. As a tenant you would be responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow care. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
