House is currently fully furnished but can be negotiated with tenant as to what furniture stays and the rest will be removed. A flat fee of $250 per month will be charged to cover all utilities including internet. Note - Property has a completely separate and private basement unit with entrance in the rear of the property. Only shared space is the backyard.
