My wife and I have lived here for over five years now we have had nothing but good things to say over the last year. I’ve had a medical issue to where we have had to move from a third floor apartment to a first floor apartment. The staff here was very accommodating And helped with the transition seamlessly. The staff is always trying to find ways to keep the grounds clean, even after the hurricanes the properties are cleaned up very quickly. The complex is located very close to shopping and dining and Disney properties are within 35 to 40 minutes away. Five stars every day.

I have been living in Sundance Apts, for13 years and all I can say is how grateful I am to be part of this great community. I feel safe here and I recommend this place to anyone who ask me where do I live. The outstanding customer service and the management is excellent! Sundance is a great place because of the service they provide through the maintenance crew. Overall I recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful and decent place.
