Spacious room with shared bathroom in great well kept house among the Suburbs in Manteca, Ca. Very safe and beautiful park right around the corner (Woodward park). Easy access to freeways (99 and 120). Super close to Modesto, Tracy, and Stockton (at most a 20 minute drive). Very friendly neighbor hood with very low crime rate and great schools nearby. Walmart and Target are not even five minutes away along with other stores such as Safeway and food 4 less. In addition the Great Wolf lodge is a ten minute drive from here. This house also has a very spacious living area with workout equipment and a television in addition to the large driveway which can have up to five cars parked in it at a time.
