This location is a walk out basement apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, family room with TV/DVD player, 3 bedrooms with Q sized beds, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry with washer/dryer. $300/mo. for utilities and fiber high speed internet. No smoking or Vaping on the property. 3/4 mile from paved road on all-weather base road (snow cleared by county the day after the storm). We do not have a fenced in yard but there is a fenced in pasture with water for large animals (horses, goats, etc.). It is approximately 30 minutes drive to Cedar City and 45 minute drive to St. George.
