This location is a walk out basement apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, family room with TV/DVD player, 3 bedrooms with Q sized beds, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry with washer/dryer. Utilities, including internet, are included. We do not have a fenced in yard but there is a fenced in pasture with water for large animals (horses, goats, etc.). It is approximately 30 minutes drive to Cedar City and 45 minute drive to St. George.
