Adjustments can be made to accommodate different situations and preferences for the right tenant, but the price reflects the idea that it is fully furnished with some of the utilities and trash being covered. This price also includes all yard maintenance. This is a pretty quiet neighborhood, and this home is conveniently located on main street, so commuting to nearby jobs or accommodations is fairly easy. Only about 25 minutes from Alamosa. Only 10 minutes to La Jara. Applications will be required before move in, but we can arrange a showing if pre-qualifications are met with a completed prescreening.
