Walk in the front door and to the left is a hallway that leads you to a private bedroom, an office, and a private full bathroom with separate double sinks. The open floor plan opens into a large living room with wood burning fireplace, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen with gas range. The sliding glass doors lead you out into a huge, fenced back yard with a stainless steel grill - all yours to enjoy. Parking space in driveway available. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks that look out for each other :) Grocery store and some great restaurants are just down the street. 14 craft breweries within 7 miles of the house. Convenience store on the corner has a public bus stop that will take you to the RTD park-n-ride or light rail is a 10 minute drive. Want to go to the mountains? Multiple, world-class ski resorts are an hour away. All tenants will be subject to a credit check. There is a refundable deposit of $500.
