Also, the unit is just minutes away from the 580 freeway, walking distance to a grocery store, other stores/restaurants, and also a short distance to the downtown San Leandro area. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The remodeled kitchen includes all appliances, including a dishwasher. Laundry area off the kitchen includes a washer/dryer. Water and garbage fees are included. The unit shares a beautiful back yard with the other unit. There is one off-street parking spot for the unit, but plenty of on street parking is available. A large garage storage unit is also included for your extra storage needs. Why clutter your living space? Our apologies, but there will be no pets allowed. Rent is $1,995/month with a $500 deposit. First month rent and deposit are due at time of move-in. An application and credit check are required. The initial step is the submission of the application only. If you are selected to proceed through the process, you will be asked to complete a brief background and credit check. The fee for the application and report will be paid for by the landlord.
