Master bed and bathroom are on one end of the home, and 2 bedrooms and a second full bathroom are on the other end. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator/freezer. Laundry area with washer and dryer provided (as-is). 2-car detached garage with electric opener. Water, sewer, and yard care are included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. 1 small to medium sized dog (up to 60 pounds) is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit. Sorry, no cats. First and last month's rent, $2,100 security deposit are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
