A Washer and Dryer is in place and fully tested with an over stove microwave and side by side refrigerator. The fence and yard are in the process of being finished for first home renter's use and if you get in before the yard is planned/finished we'd love your expertise/advice on how we can make it a comfortable / affordable space for your family's use and enjoyment. Rent listed is for the UNfurnished home where renter pays all utilities. Add $300 mo for utilities paid and, we can/will furnish it for that rate. We will do short term furnished at $100 nightly rate. Greater than 1 mo rental requires 2xrent income w 1x rental amnt security deposit. Renters insurance, bill pay setup by the 1st, application and credit check approval, and compliance with HOA. We are flexible on length of stay so this will make a great home for long term renters or short term, if you are just passing thru.
